At Debriefed.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and straightforward returns and refunds process.
Our Returns Policy
- Return Period: You may return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with all original packaging intact.
- Exceptions: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear or swimwear unless the product is faulty. Please ensure that any items you wish to return meet these criteria.
- Condition of Returns: All returned items must be in resalable condition, meaning they should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags and original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are not in this condition.
How to Return Your Item(s)
- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@debriefed.co.uk with your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a returns form and instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack Your Return: Carefully package your items with the original packaging to ensure they are protected during return shipping.
- Return Shipping: Please return the items to us using a tracked shipping service. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, including in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend that you retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
- Processing Your Return: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your return within 7-10 business days. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Refunds
- Refund Eligibility: Once your return is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method for the returned items, excluding any shipping charges.
- Refund Timing: Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a condition other than that required (e.g., used or damaged), we may offer a partial refund or refuse the return.
Exchanges
- Exchanges for Size or Style: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the item you want. This ensures that you can receive your preferred item without delay.
- Exchanges for Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue an exchange or refund, as requested.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team immediately at admin@debriefed.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.
