Shipping Costs

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Debriefed.co.uk is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize that you’ve made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@debriefed.co.uk, and we will do our best to assist you.
Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipping at your expense. If you wish to cancel your order instead, we will issue a refund, minus any shipping costs incurred.
Damaged or Lost Items
